We have been using Rug Beaters since we moved to the area over 10 years ago.
We have always been extremely pleased with the service we receive.
Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely nice.
Scheduling service is always easy and the staff genuinely cares about making the customer happy.
Years ago, we used one or the nationwide chain companies for carpet cleaning.
We ended up with wet carpets that stained quickly after "cleaning".
Rug Beaters process leaves us with much drier carpets that stay clean for a long time.
We wouldn't think of using anyone else.
The best thing I can say in this review is that we have recommended Rug Beaters to several friends and they have been thrilled with the service too.

10 year old white rugs look like new!! Rug Beaters were easy to schedule, competitive pricing and do an amazing job. Had them clean our family room furniture also, and again turned out like new. We will definitely use them again.

The Rug Beater team has been amazing to work with from beginning to end! They were friendly, professional, courteous and accommodating. They did a great job on the area rugs dropped off and even returned them to me on the day that service was being done in the home. Phil had knowledge of our organization and had even been a part of our board years ago and was able to share some history about his time at House of His Creation. Stacey was my initial contact with The Rug Beater. She made it easy to determine what service I needed and to get it scheduled for just several days later. Chip and Elliott were my techs, and they were awesome -- courteous, considerate, knowledgeable...the works! I had 2 chairs and an ottoman cleaned, and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend The Rug Beater!

I found Rug Beaters using a search for cleaning of area rugs. They did a great job on those so I figured I would have them do my stairs, hall and bedrooms. Stacey in the office is always friendly and helpful.Phil was on-time and very knowledgeable about a couple of concerns I had. he was able to remove a stain that other carpet cleaners had attempted to remove multiple times! The carpet also seemed to be significantly less damp than when I have had it cleaned before which was great.Phil also left booties and a goodie bag which was certainly appreciated. I would highly recommend Rug Beater for both area and wall-to-wall carpet cleaning.

I would like to commend The Rug Beater. Absolutely wonderful business with which to work. From scheduling to completed work, the staff and technicians were totally professional. They came on four separate occasions, and each time the work was completed in a very satisfying way. (I would like to add that they also polished our wood floors, as well.)
I especially want to give a "shout-out" to Chip who was our primary technician on each occasion. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra-mile. A real gem!
The Rug Beater is a locally owned company and they stand-by their work. I would recommend them without reservation! You get a job well-done!

We are very happy with the beautiful job Sam and his assistant did on our carpets. They were very prompt and very professional. We think the pricing was very reasonable and very competitive. We feel our carpets look better than new! We plan to have this service performed annually to keep our carpets clean and healthy and rich looking. We also had the Scotch Guard treatment applied to help the removal of any accidental spills or stains. Thank you Sam for a job very well done.

So very pleased with the outcome of our Rug Beater encounter. Sam arrived in a timely manner, assessed the area, and got down to work. The results were amazing, as we had multiple pet 'indiscretions' that were old and new. The end result is the carpet looks all but new and has been refreshed and revigorated.
